Michigan Jazz Trail Festival

Michigan Jazz Trail Festival 2010

The debut of the Michigan Jazz Trail, a concert featuring mid-Michigan talent, was captured live in the summer of 2010. Several known mid-Michigan artists performed, including Mike Brush and Julie Mulady, Molly McFadden and the Bistro Boys, Mary Gilbert, Mr. Abbott, and the Michigan Jazz Trail Big Band.

The Michigan Jazz Trail concert was initiated by Midland jazz singer Molly McFadden. Her dream is for the communities of Midland, Saginaw, Bay City, Freeland and Mt. Pleasant to come together to celebrate our region and eventually partner with other music festivals in the state to create the Michigan Jazz Trail.
