Sporting, health, and conservation groups have voiced strong concerns on the weakening of a mercury and air toxics rule. The Little Forks Conservancy in Midland is encouraging people to remove garlic mustard from their yards. DTE Energy has turned on its largest wind park, the first of four coming online in 2020.
